  • Financial Data: Payment information processed through Venmo. We do not store your full financial account details on our systems.

  • Scheduling Data: Information provided when booking sessions through Calendly.

We use your information to:

  • Provide Coaching Services: To facilitate 30-minute strategy sessions and develop plans for achieving professional goals.

  • Manage Appointments: To coordinate mutually agreed-upon times for meetings via Calendly.

  • Execute Agreements: To send and track formal contracts through SignWell.

  • Professional Development: As noted in our Coaching Agreement, anonymized topics may be shared with other coaching professionals for training or mentoring purposes. No personal identifying information is shared in this context.

We use specific third-party tools to run our business. Your data is processed by:

  • Venmo: For all fee payments and financial transactions.

  • SignWell: For the secure electronic signing of coaching agreements.

  • Google (Gmail & Google Voice): For all email, text, and voice communications.

  • Calendly: For session scheduling and calendar management.

4. Data Security & Retention

 

We use administrative and technical measures to protect your personal information. We retain your data for as long as the coaching relationship is active or as required to verify the coaching relationship for professional credentials. When you initiate calls to the Coach at (920) 341-3856, those communications are handled through Google Voice.

Our services are not directed to individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

6. Governing Law

This Privacy Policy and your use of our services are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wisconsin, matching the jurisdiction of our Career Coaching Agreement.

Your use of our services is also governed by the Limited Liability and Confidentiality sections of your signed Coaching Agreement, which limits the Coach’s liability to the amount actually paid for services.
